Online registration\u00a0is open between March 20, 2018 and August 22, 2018.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The registration is complete if you have:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • filled in the online registration above<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • arranged the registration fee payment by wire transfer<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    • submitted the final paper until June 20, 2018 the latest<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Only one paper can be included into the proceedings by paying one registration fee. For including any paper into the proceedings, it is necessary for at least one co-author to be registered and the registration fee has to be paid in advance until August 22, 2018. All papers must be presented either in an oral session or in poster session.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Post-conference Meeting in High Tatras (August 25-26, 2018) – Non-IEEE Member or Student – 180\u20ac<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      DISA 2018 (August 23-25, 2018) registration fee includes access to the Symposium venue and program, IEEE CD ROM proceedings, coffee breaks and refreshment, lunches and welcome party at the Symposium.<\/span><\/p>\n

      All sums are listed in \u20ac with Value Added Tax (VAT).\u00a0Any additional expenses pertaining to banking operations are not included in the registration fee and must be covered by the registrants.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Cancellation of registration:<\/strong>\u00a0In case you need to cancel your participation at the symposium, the cancellation must be sent to the Symposium Office by letter or e-mail. Refunding of the conference fees (to be returned to the participant as per mail stamp or date on your letter or e-mail message) is not possible after July 15, 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n
